02 / STANDALONE SECURITY MONITORING
We monitor for selected suspicious changes or activity on the website and notify you when something requires attention. The included human review provides an initial assessment of whether an alert warrants further investigation.
Standalone Security Monitoring is deliberately limited to detection, notification and initial review. It is not a malware removal service, a website repair service or an incident response arrangement.
The allowance is a monthly allocation, not a guaranteed response time or an unlimited amount of work. It applies to this subscription and expires at the end of each billing month.
When the allowance is exhausted
When the monthly review allowance is used, further security alerts are still recorded and notified, but additional human investigation is not included in the subscription. Any further investigation, malware removal or repair is quoted separately and only undertaken with your approval.
How additional work is approved
Additional investigation, malware removal or corrective work is not performed automatically. We explain what is required, obtain your approval and quote the work separately where appropriate.
Standard additional technical work: €75 per hour, 15-minute minimum billing increment.
Additional work and subscription termsEach plan has a different scope and allowance. The monitoring plans include human alert review; the care plans include corrective technical support.
